Tina Cassidy

Mrs. Cassidy is a proud graduate of the Citrus County School District and has dedicated the past 20 years to giving back as an educator. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience across all grade levels, teaching at the elementary, middle, and high school levels while also supporting educators as a Dean, Reading Coach, and Assistant Principal.

Building on her strong foundation in instruction and support, she served for two years as Assistant Principal at Inverness Middle School. She is now in her third year as Assistant Principal at Lecanto Primary School, where she continues to guide school culture and foster academic achievement.

On a personal note, school spirit runs deep in her home, where her entire family are proud Citrus High School graduates ("Go Canes!"). Mrs. Cassidy has been married to her husband for 30 years, and together they have three amazing adult daughters and one adorable granddaughter whom she adores.
